By downloading and playing Frantic Words, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please log off the neon grid and uninstall the app.

2. User Conduct

Keep the grid clean. You agree not to:

Use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language in your usernames or gameplay.
Exploit bugs, utilize third-party cheats, or manipulate the matchmaking and leaderboards.
Harass other players in the lobbies or during matches.

We reserve the right to ban or suspend any account that violates these rules.

3. Intellectual Property

All game assets, including original artwork, music, code, and the Frantic Words brand, are our exclusive property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute them without permission.

4. "As is" Disclaimer

Frantic Words is provided "as is." While we strive to maintain a smooth, bug-free experience, we cannot guarantee that the multiplayer servers will always be uninterrupted. We are not liable for lost game progress, ranking points, or data due to technical errors.

5. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms as the game evolves. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
